By signing up for this program, you can enjoy the benefit of our high-quality plumbing repairs and maintenance service from highly-skilled technicians along with a number of other outstanding benefits!
What Is the Preferred Customer Plan?
The preferred customer plan is an annual membership program that provides you with the best care and preventative maintenance services from our Wildomar plumbers along with a number of other perks so you can be worry free about the plumbing in your home or business! We’ll come out to you and perform an annual check-up on your systems and make you aware of anything that might turn into a headache or serious problem in the future so you can either schedule a repair or anticipate your future plumbing needs. We even provide you with discounts on all our services, even emergency calls! Membership is just $9.95 per month, or a one-time annual payment of just $125.
What can you expect to receive as a preferred customer?
- Priority emergency services: Got an urgent problem with your home outside of regular business hours? Our preferred customers receive priority when responding to emergency service calls, which means you can be assured that we’ll get to you as quickly as we can!
- Discounted after-hours service charges: We’re flexible with our service appointments, and our preferred customers can enjoy the benefit of after-hour services without paying the full cost the added fees for doing so!
- Discounted services: Preferred customers receive an automatic 15 percent discount on all invoices, including clog removals, drain cleaning, and even major services like pipe replacement or hydro-jetting!
- Annual whole-home visual system check: Each year, we’ll send a technician to your home to conduct a visual system inspection of each plumbing apparatus in your home, including your sinks, showers, tubs, toilets, water softeners, water heaters, and filtration systems! This way we can spot any potential problems before they become serious and keep your home running smoothly for as long as possible!
- Annual water quality testing: Have you noticed that your water has started tasting funny or coming out of your tap slightly cloudy? Our preferred customers receive one annual water quality test to ensure the problem gets resolved quickly and your water is clean and healthy!
The Fine Print
If you sign up for a monthly payment plan, you are covered for each month your payment is processed for. If you sing up for our annual payment plan, you are covered for up to one year from the date of purchase.
“Priority” emergency service means your emergency service calls will jump to the head of the line and be scheduled before all other emergency services in our queue. This only applies to emergencies—regular appointments will still be scheduled as normal.
When you sign up for our preferred customer program, you can use the 15 percent discount right away. There is no cap on repair costs the discount can apply to.
Your Preferred Customer Plan includes a free annual visual home inspection to give you peace of mind regarding all devices and fixtures covered by this inspection. If our technician notices a problem or something that may need serviced, they will draft a price quote for you upon completion of the inspection. The cost of the repairs are not covered under the membership, but your 15 percent discount will apply to these services.
